This is absurd that this can be up even after being proven innocent. I understand the moral stance the owner is taking by putting up some of the criminals mugshots but the fact that some cases WERE resolved in court makes it very wrong to have us still on your site. I am a recent college graduate and fear for my future solely because a small case that was resolved and I was proven innocent. I don’t see how this is legal, let alone moral.

I agree, Mike. Many people don’t differentiate between being arrested and being convicted, and many employers simply Google a name for their background checks. I was arrested on false pretenses and my charges were COMPLETELY dropped. If Admin was truly interested in justice, there would be policy to remove mug shots of the innocent.
Our records only reflect an arrest and do not reflect the outcome. We have never represented ourselves as anything else.

My completely bogus charge got dropped and is also expunged from my record. Do you guys usually automatically take these down or do you need to be contacted as the herald does? Heres my case btw, not the one above…

This is garbage that I had an encounter with a cop who was having a bad day (that was later fired) and decided to arrest me. This incident was dropped in court for no proof of driving under the influence which means I passed the blood alcohol level and my name and picture are still on here . This is slander and defamation to my character.
THIS IS TOTAL BULLSHIT. it should say guilty untill proven innocent..btw bay county cops are the most unprofessional police station in the countriy they all let the badges an power get to their head. i own my own security company in birmingham al. i deal with cops all the time. Birmingham City the real police work in our county.
